Welcome to Knowledge Hub. Use of the app is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

Knowledge Hub is a private app for managing a personal work knowledge base: storing, organizing, searching and backing up entries and files. It is offered as a personal tool, and App Store downloads are intended for holders of the distribution link only.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The content you enter (entries, files, tags) is yours. You represent that you have the right to upload it and that doing so does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations that apply to you.
• You are responsible for complying with your workplace policies, including handling of classified information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful activity; attempt to breach, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; access accounts or data that are not yours; or share the private download link without permission.

Availability and backups

The service is provided "AS IS" and as available. We do not commit to continuous availability, freedom from faults, or that no data will be lost. The app offers optional backup to your own Google Drive, and responsibility for backups rests with you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data, loss of profits or work interruption. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and code are the property of the app owner. These terms grant you no rights beyond a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the delete account page). We may suspend access in case of abusive or unlawful use.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will be posted on this page with an update date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in Israel.
