מחיקת חשבון

אפשר לבקש מחיקה מלאה של החשבון ונתוניו בכל עת. הבקשה זמינה גם בלי שהאפליקציה מותקנת.
איך מבקשים מחיקה
שלחו דוא"ל ל־inoncohen.support@gmail.com מאותה כתובת הדוא"ל של החשבון, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון — מאגר ידע". נאמת את הבקשה מול כתובת החשבון, נבצע את המחיקה ונשלח אישור במייל כשהושלמה.
מה נמחק
- חשבון המשתמש (פרטי ההתחברות).
- כל הרשומות, התגיות והקבצים המצורפים השמורים בשרת.
- העתקים מקומיים במכשירים — ביציאה מהחשבון באפליקציה או בהסרתה.
מה לא נמחק אוטומטית
- גיבויים ב־Google Drive שלך: הם נמצאים בחשבון הפרטי שלך ותחת שליטתך בלבד. מחקו אותם ישירות מה־Drive אם תרצו.
- רשומות תקין תפעולי (לוגים טכניים בלבד, ללא תוכן) עשויות להישמר לזמן מוגבל לצורכי אבטחה ותחזוקה.
שימו לב: מחיקת החשבון אינה ניתנת לשחזור. אם תרצו לשמור את המידע, הפיקו גיבוי ל־Google Drive או ייצוא JSON מהאתר לפני הבקשה.
Delete account

You can request full deletion of the account and its data at any time. The request is available even without the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email inoncohen.support@gmail.com from the same email address as the account, with the subject "Account deletion — Knowledge Hub". We verify the request against the account address, delete the account and its data, and send an email confirmation when done.
What is deleted
- The user account (sign-in details).
- All entries, tags and attachments stored on the server.
- Local copies on devices — when you sign out in the app or remove it.
What is not deleted automatically
- Backups in your own Google Drive: they live in your personal account under your sole control. Delete them directly from Drive if you wish.
- Operational records (technical logs only, without content) may be kept for a limited time for security and maintenance.
Note: account deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, run a Google Drive backup or a JSON export from the website before requesting deletion.
